O'Tillie Dinner - The Portico

Well, it’s been two years since our good friends at O’Tillie dinner hosted their last dinner, but this last Sunday they started them back up was the absolute perfect way to start them up again! Everything about the night was perfect. I’ve been to almost every dinner now and the food on this night might have been the best one ever! I loved the conversations and seeing old friends as well! Make sure you check one out someday soon, they’re the best!

O'Tillie Farm Dinner

It’s always a privilege to help out our good friends at O’Tillie with their Kinfolk dinners they put on! The food is always so good, especially when they do collaborations with other local food vendors to incorporate in to some of their dishes! At this dinner they teamed up with Carter and Rye for their meat pies and their take home pastries, they were delicious!! It’s also always so fun to see complete strangers come together around the dinner table and converse with each other and enjoy each other’s company! Check out these handful of photos from their latest dinner at the beautiful Mullein Hill Farm!

O'Tillie Backyard Dinner

I love my family. I love hanging out with them, playing with each of their kids, watching them grow as parents, in their careers, staying updated on their lives and staying close with one another. We get together at my parents house in Lincoln just about every Sunday afternoon to eat lunch and enjoy each other’s company, for the most part ;) So when my wife, Amanda, had the idea to have a dinner with family and friends in their backyard, it was very fitting for us! Our good friends at O’Tillie Pork and Pantry have small dinners that they host about every other month and the focus of them is to gather and enjoy other people’s company around the dinner table, so it was perfect to have them put on a dinner for all 19 of us! We loved every minute of it, even when it rained towards the end, hence the Handmaid’s Tale look haha! We look forward to many more special times together! Enjoy!

Amanda + Stephen

This was the second brunch style wedding I’ve been apart of and I can honestly say that I’m in love with them! I hope to do more like them in the future! Amanda and Stephen were so fun to work with, so many laughs and great moments all throughout the day! This wedding also had a stacked lineup as far as wedding vendors go! (see below) Thank you so much Amanda and Stephen for having me apart of your day! Enjoy!

Goldenrod Pastries

I really enjoy process videos.  How something is made.  It is always fascinating to see something really good created from start to finish.  I have been wanting to do some process videos for a while now, and have finally got to do my first one!  I hope to do many more!  I figured why not just contact our favorite bakery in Lincoln, Goldenrod Pastries, and see if she would want to do one!  So over a year in the making and planning (mostly just waiting on my camera to arrive) we got it complete!  Angela had some amazing memories to share about making this delicious recipe with her grandmother from years past and was able to share that with me that day and her customers that visit Goldenrod regularly!  Hope you all enjoy this as much as I did putting it together!
