I had the honor to travel down to Scottsdale, Arizona for Kayla and Drew’s amazing wedding celebration! The backdrop to the ceremony spot was my absolute favorite thing ever! I was introduced to Kayla and Drew through my good friend and amazing photographer who I got to shoot this wedding alongside, Yoni Gill. I believe this is my first wedding where the bride and groom shared the same first names! Casey and Casey got married on Hasting College’s beautiful campus, it just made their portrait sessions and the ceremony so easy with everything being absolutely perfect! I loved getting to work alongside Pha Nguyen who was filling in for Deana Coufal. Both of their work is so so good, make sure and check them out! And lastly, during the reception, the groom’s cousin, Aiden, performed a traditional dance called the taualuga instead of the normal dollar dance, and it was really cool to have that incorporated in the celebration as well! Well, it’s been two years since our good friends at O’Tillie dinner hosted their last dinner, but this last Sunday they started them back up was the absolute perfect way to start them up again! Everything about the night was perfect. I’ve been to almost every dinner now and the food on this night might have been the best one ever! I loved the conversations and seeing old friends as well! Make sure you check one out someday soon, they’re the best!
I’m so excited to finally share Elizabeth and Deric’s amazing wedding celebration! There were so many perfect details throughout the day on this one, hence another lengthy highlight video :) I will say that the father/daughter first look might be one of my favorites of all time. It’s nice to be updating the site with some recent work again! Jake and Megan’s wedding day is a FANTASTIC way to kick it off 2022! Brian and Jessica’s wedding day was the perfect way to end my wedding season for 2020! They got ready in my favorite hotel in Lincoln and also had their celebration at one of my favorite wedding venues in Lincoln as well! So all around the day was perfect from start to finish! Check it out below!
Alex and Matt had the most beautiful two-day celebration back in August! The first day was an amazing Indian ceremony, which was the first Indian celebration I have had the privilege of being a part of, and it was the best day! This video is day two and it was incredible! I’m a HUGE fan of live music, especially on wedding days, so my favorite part of the day was the band Video Star from Southern California. Sam and Erica’s brunch-style wedding day didn’t necessarily all go according to plan, as with a lot of 2020 wedding days, but it didn’t stop it from being an absolutely incredible day of celebration! Jake and Taylor had the honor of getting married twice in 2020, lucky them haha! Both wedding days were amazing, but this one right here, I’m so happy about! Taylor asked me in the very beginning if I could shoot some 8mm film for her wedding day and I could not have been more excited about doing it! This was the first (of hopefully many) weddings to have a lot of film included in it, I hope to incorporate it a lot more because I’m IN LOVE with it. I hope you all enjoy it as well!
